Federal prosecutors are seeking a 12-year, seven-month prison sentence for Alan Hostetter, a former police chief turned activist who participated in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Hostetter planned the unrest, conspired to collect and transport weapons, and joined other rioters with a hatchet during the insurrection. [ more ]
